Release notes ============================= This is a BACKUP package for the QBoxHD. The software in this package reads all the content of the USB pendrive where the root filesystem of the QBoxHD resides AND the content of the NOR flash and writes them to the backup USB pendrive in the form of an UPDATE package that is used for updating the QBoxHD. This means that after executing this backup procedure the USB pendrive with the backup package will have a new directory called qboxhd_update with the following content: qboxhd_update \|

---------------------------------------------------------- Introducing jIMQ - the Java Image Manager for QBOXONE ------------------------------------------------------ The DBB (insane) team is pleased to introduce the first edition of jIMQ (cross platform java image manager) for Duolabs QBOX ONE). jIMQ has been written in Java: this means that jIMQ can run on all Operating Systems, as Windows (all flavours), Linux (all shapes) and even on Mac OS. The minimum java runtime version required is 5 Fist of all, complete the "configuration" page as required, don't forget to thick the "I accept" disclaimer checkbox in order to enabled jIMQ, otherwise no operation will be performed by jIMQ. All kind of install/backup/restore is handled by jIMQ. Flash install is not supported. BootMenue is used for multiboot support. Image install will be performed according to your active bootmanager (if any); jIMQ has native support for BootMenue (modified version for qboxone). Per aprire il menu' Script mentre ci si trova nel Pannello di Controllo basta premere lo 0 (zero). Errori: ------- In caso si presenti l'errore "..curl_global_init.." con qualche plugin, dopo l'installazione del medesimo, basta riavviare enigma o il decoder. (deve rileggere la nuova libreria installata dal plugin) * L'opzione Muovi OSD non e' piu' presente in enigma perche' la DreamMultimedia ha occupato il bottone rosso nelle opzioni OSD Si puo' installare come plugin esterno. ** Il Qbox-one non ha ancora tutte le funzioni degli altri modelli, ad esempio il firewall per ora non funziona (altrimenti il kernel non e' compatibile con il modulo wifi della duolabs) ...diciamo work in progress ...ma e' perfettamente utilizzabile con le funzioni base. Forse la cosa che manca di piu' e' la funzione del tasto premuto per >1sec. (per piu' di un secondo), per entrare nel pannello di controllo si deve passare da: tasto blu -> tasto giallo

First software for Qbox HD 1.0.0 This is an update release for the QBoxHD. The update procedure must be done in two steps: 1. Update the Boot Flash 1.1 Download and install the latest QBOXHD Updater downloadable from codice HTML: [html] http://www.qboxhd.com/download.html [/html] 1.2 Update the receiver with the QBOXHD_UPDATE_COMPLETE_06_02_2009.QHU file 2. Update the USB-based filesystem 2.1 Download the update file qboxhq_update.tar to a USB flash pen The pen must be VFAT formatted. 2.2 Turn-off the QBoxHD 2.3 Insert the USB flash pen 2.4 Turn-on the QBoxHD 2.5 The update procedure will start automatically. The LCD will show the procedure status, including when it finishes. 2.6 When the update procedure finishes, turn-off the QBoxHD. 2.7 Remove the USB flash pen 2.8 Turn-on the QBoxHD IMPORTANT: The current status of the QBoxHD software is beta. This update removes all previous configuration and user settings.
